This database, containing just under 20,000 entries, has been produced by the Women's History Project and provides information on a particular
set of records relating to central government, namely the files in the archive of the Department
of the Taoiseach. This archive is in the custody of the National Archives where
the original documents can be studied by researchers while the electronic list to the files can be searched on the website of the National Archives.
