The report of 23 October 1915 records visits to the shop of Thomas J Clarke, 75 Parnell Street, by Thomas Byrne, followed by Con Colbert, [James] O’Connor, William O’Leary Curtis, Arthur Griffith, James J Buggy, Charles J Kickham and Seán MacDiarmada.

John Quill is observed returning to Cork by train. He had recently left for London.

Michael O’Hanrahan is observed in the office of the Irish Volunteers, 2 Dawson Street.

A meeting at 41 Parnell Square is attended by Thomas J Clarke, Thomas Byrne, James Stritch, MW O’Reilly and James J Buggy.
