The second report of 21 December 1915 is a special report on the publication New Ireland.

The report provides details of the registration date of the New Ireland Publishing Company and the principal owners, Denis Gwynn, HTT Maguire and Patrick J Little.

Annotations on the report state Gwynn is the son of Mr Stephen Gwynn MP [Member of Parliament] and acts in a capacity as editor of the publication. Further details are sought about Maguire and Little. An annotation from WE Johnstone to Superintendent Brien states ‘I directed enquiries be made concerning these gentlemen. Have they been completed?’.
