(Above) Letter dated 23 September 1932 from Thomas Doyle, committee member of the Morning Star Hostel in North Brunswick Street, Dublin, to the Secretary of the Executive Council (now the Department of the Taoiseach) thanking him for the gift of venison legally shot by the office of the Superintendent of the Office of Public Works (OPW) in the Phoenix Park and originally given as a gift to Eamon de Valera, President of the Executive Council.
