Reader Services Division
Reader Services Division provides a public service to readers and users, both locally and externally. Staff of this Division administer the public Reading Room and the website of the National Archives; ensure the provision of documents and microform to readers; answer reader enquiries by letter, email, fax or telephone; reproduce documents according to public demand; accommodate visits and lectures; administer the Genealogy Service; produce publicity materials and provide online exhibitions and Documents of the Month feature drawn from the collections of the National Archives.
